An Aerospace Engineer from IIT Bombay, Ravi brings first-principles thinking to complex business and operating systems.
Through his work with leadership teams across multiple organisations, he repeatedly observed the same gap: companies had invested significantly in software, data and capable people, but leadership still struggled to obtain timely information, anticipate risk and ensure that the right actions were executed.
He founded Xylm to close that gap by building AI Business Control Towers around the systems enterprises already use.
Ravi is passionate about turning complex business problems into practical intelligence and execution systems that improve visibility, decision-making and organisational performance.
Xylm engagements are led personally by him, from business diagnosis and solution design through implementation and operating adoption.
